Please follow  the below procedure to download Adobe Reader.

                           Step - 3

                            Step - 4 

                            Select the location to save the Adobe Reader Exe.

                            Step  - 5  

                            Go to that particular location and double click the Adobe Reader Icon.

                            Step  - 6 

                            Follow the procedure which is available in the installation screen.

                            Step  - 7 

                            After Completing the installation try to open the PDF document which you have received from the customercare.
